This watch is very interesting. The original band was taken out and replaced with 2 large custom-made sterling silver links that feature a bear standing up on his hind legs and a stretchy band. The links are marked SS (for sterling silver, 925), and the maker's mark, which I do not recognize (If letters, not English). Both bears also have the maker's mark at the bottom of one of its feet. The other foot of each bear has a small indentation.

The band is a stretchy Speidel band (Pat 2,689,450) that should accommodate different wrist sizes. This is a men's watch. The face of the watch reads ACQUA QUARTZ WATER RESISTANT 30 METERS (PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THIS IN THE POOL, CHLORINE IS NOT GOOD FOR SILVER). I had my hubby change the battery and it runs just fine. I will ship it will the stem pulled out to not waste the battery.

The watch face measures around 35mm in diameter. The bear links are 35 mm in length by 32 mm in width. I am not sure of the weight of the actual silver, but the watch weighs 2.5 ounces.
