The listing, ARMY Scrapbook Card Making Rub-On NIP has ended.

Decorate scrapbook pages, greeting cards, tags, altered books, collages, and more with this ARMY rub-on accent. Cut around rub-on leaving 1/8" to edge then remove backing sheet. Position rub-on onto surface. While rubbing, gently peel back protective sheet making sure all areas transferred. Continue rubbing while peeling away sheet throughout the design.
