I used this iPod until I got my iPhone. It's a first-gen, 8GB. Pretty good condition - Screen is clear with minor scuffs, no big scratches. Back aluminum case has some scuffs from normal use. There is a small crack in the lower-right bezel but you wouldn't even know unless you were looking for it and it does not affect functionality at all. The photos should show everything.

Everything works, good WiFi and battery life. Running iOS 3.1.3. iPod will be reset to factory defaults before shipping.

Includes USB charging/sync cord/cable and also a BNIP set of earbuds. The earbuds say "Scion" on them so if you own a Scion, hey, extra special!!
