How do you manage it without a pan. I have the kit, but wouldn't know how to do it without the molds. They are fun and easy.

you need just a regular cake pan, nothing special. i can't explain further or i would give away a big part of the 'how to' before the auction ends. i have seen the kit, but it is not needed.
