I am very sad to hear today that Peter Tork of the Monkees passed away this morning! He's joined Davy Jones now. Very heartbreaking!

I'm gonna build a snowman in a couple minutes and then i'll probably come in and drink some swiss miss marshmallow madness hot chocolate.
It has colorful marshmallow's in it! :)
I love psychedelic colored stuff.

Thanks for letting me know by the way...me and mom were saddened by it too.
I'll have to see if they know the cause of death yet.
Yesterday, they wouldn't reveal it.
Now there's only two Beatles and two Monkees left...it's quite shocking.

It was said on the Monkees Marketplace that Peter had some type of cancer involving his adnoids and tongue, for the past 2 years. They said that his sister confirmed it. I guess that is why he wasn't touring with Mike and Mickey very much over the past few years :( That is very sad that there is only 2 of them left and 2 of the Beatles! Maybe those remaining 4 guys could get together? That would be awesome!

Is it snowing where you live?
It snowed alot here.
The power went out at 10 last night,but luckily it came back on at almost midnight.
We're gonna keep having snow storms for about a week....possibly a little longer.

Hi there, and, thank you for your cake picture that arrived last night! I bet you enjoyed that, it looked really nice! As far as the snow....we had 8" in our yard last week. But, this week-being Ohio-it shot up to the high 50's Tues and Wed., and all the snow melted! However, yesterday it went back down close to zero, and today it's only 17!! Brrrrr! I have sweatpants on today! LOL! I hope you and your family stay safe! I'm glad the power came back on for you!

That sounds like it's for the best, don't wanna get sick. It rained here all day yesterday and it's still raining. All the snow is gone and our yard and driveway are flooded! I could take a canoe to the road! lol

Our snow is all gone, it's 51 today! We had our big weeping willow tree cut down this morning because the wind had blown so many branches off of it last time that a big branch went through our storage building and we had to have the roof replaced! We are on our way to get some home made chicken pot pies for dinner, lol! I'm sorry you got sick, but, I'm glad you are watching some good shows! Feel better :) Happy Valentine's day!
