ok. Not good at this weight thing. It says up 25 pounds. What would happen if a 4 pound dog was on it? Would she be able to stretch it out at leisure or is the resistance too strong? And how long does the cord extend? I can't make it out on the packaging.

It says it extends up to 3.0m....3.0 m = 9.84251 ' OR 9 ' and 10.11 ". I have not taken it out of the package so I don't have a clue..It is for the smaller dogs as far as I can tell. We had one similar when we had the chow and she was too much for it, but she was 45 lbs.
