For most bluetooth you set the code? The LEGO NXT and a keyboard I had worked like that. I have seldom had a problem. Some devices (my Net10 phone or my acer ICONA 500a) seem to limit connectivity via bluetooth. Another device I was able to look up the code to pair. Do a bit of research and all should be well!

No passcode needed. If you read the manual, its says to enter 0000 if need be, but I've never had to for any device I've used.
