When you list an item as FREE SHIPPING, that means FREE SHIPPING as you have this item listed as. If you are not going to offer free shipping then, you need to list it with a shipping charge instead, not FREE Shipping. This is very misleading.

If i bid on this and you dont give it to me for free shipping you will recieve negative feedback and reported to listia for misleading information which could lead to being blocked for however many days so either change it to correct shipping or be willing to send the items for free
