Shiny words in regular silver letters is a Basic Rare. You get one in every pack of cards you buy. Shiny image with regular letters are Super Rares. They're harder to get, but you're likely to get 1 out of every 5 packs you open. Gold letters with shiny image are Ultras. Even harder to get than supers. You're likely to get 1 out of every 12 packs. Then there are Secret Rares. Sparkly silver letters with sparkly holo image. You'd likely have to buy 24 packs, and even then, you're only likely to get 1.
