i have one of these and it works well with xp, but i tried every form of biometric reader driver i could on windows 7 and i could not get it to work. so now its being used on my other computer which is win xp.

not sure. It has never been opened and was made originally for xp. windows 7 is after that. usually stuff works with newer versions but not always.

I will check again but it said built for xp. I know it was bought at least 5 years ago and has never been opened. I will add what I find as soon as I go get the package and reread it. (it is down in the garage and I'm in a wheel chair so it will take me a little time to do this) I will write something added to the discription as soon as I can
