Some questions you will probably get asked so ill ask them now
Does it come with a charger?
will you lower the days?
can you post a picture of the laptop with a piece of paper with your name on it?
question 3 is important because then you increase your chances of buyers and bids as it lets the buyer know you have the laptop in your possesion. though im pretty sure you do.

can it be recovered by pressing f8 on start up and entering the recovery partition to repair? you should try that....you might be able to fix it and get even more credits!!!!

not all laptops have disk drives in them, but anything hard drive related is easy to fix, and windows is easy to install via USB so hope this helps anyone wanting a snazzy lil netbook to play around with wish I could win :(

please get facts strait before making comments thank you not being rude but if you say something thats not correct it is confusing to people and dosent realy help there is no way to install a dvd/cd drive it is not made for that you have to use a external one

have you tried installing windows via a flash drive? You can pick up a 1GB one for pretty cheap.

SpinRite is a low-level hard drive recovery and repair program (it goes the hard drive chunk by chunk and fixes anything it finds wrong). Most of the time, it can take an unbootable machine (where the hard drive is the issue, obviously) and at least get it running long enough for you to get your data off. To everyone asking about a system disk. The last three laptops/netbooks 1 Compaq and 2 Acers I have purchased did not come with disks. They had a restore partition on the harddrive which could be used to create your own restore media.

My funny thios laptop comes with drive in you drive in and have hamburgers and frys milk shakes and sodas,malt,s you install microsoft windows os then drive in to the hdd it,s grat the yummie files.lol heha heha. what year is this laptop???? thanks for this grat auction ok.

Watching. It will need a new hard drive as well. I/O means the BIOS cannot communicate with "something" properly. This could be even be a memory module. But if you get this error while trying to repair or restore Windows then its definitely the hard drive.
