This coin is a VAM 3 A with a dash under the 8 and obverse clash marks, this one also has 2 reverse clash marks. Population check I found 9 graded at ANACS one was circulated, 1 in ms-50, 2 in ms-62, 4 in ms-63, 2 in ms-64 & 2 in ms-65 so this one would make ten and it looks like a ms-63 or ms-64 GIN bonus $5 silver certificate and 5 B.U. $2 F.R.N. series 2013

Thank you! I recommend the winner of this beauty to send to anacs for grading where they put a seal on it, they authenticate as is never opening it, then it should be insured for $4000 so it is a good investment from here!
