It brings a smile to my face and warms my heart to have such fine friends here on Listia :) it has been quite a busy last 2 weeks and I am welcomed back to Listia with 2 people having filed disputes, 1 we have come to mutual agreement and are very very happy with the outcome, which of course means I am going above and beyond to make it right by more than tripling their order (anything for my wonderful customers :) ), and the other eh not so much. thanks so much for your kind words, it means a lot to me! thanks for sharing too! I feel like I must offer free shipping because Listings with a shipping cost don't get very many bids. But I find more people are willing to give a small donation to help with their shipping if it isn't required because they have the choice. It is because of those kind and generous people who sent the donation to help with the shipping of their packs that I was even able to send their things out at that time.

well in september we had a flood in our area caused by serious rain from hurricane lee, the foundation of the house was damaged and so was the furnace. i didn't have the money to move so I stayed. (and so grief stricken from having miscarried for the 3rd time in less than a year on the day of the flood due to the severe stress of that horrible unforgettable day) well winter came and I had no heat and the house was extremely drafty. the landlord refused to fix anything EVER! and having my fur babies, going to a shelter and loosing them just was not an option, my furry children are the reason I get up every morning. so because there were structure problems and other code violations ie. no heat, floor in kitchen had a hole due to sink leaking, the house was condemned, the inspector just showed up one day and boom after he was done we had to leave! no prior warning and no money to even buy a sandwich, it was horrible. so there I was having yet another anxiety attack because I had no place to go and my family just had no room, bless their hearts they did help us get out and fed us and my best friend/sister-in-law loaned us the money so that we could get an apartment. well 2 weeks later here I am I just got my internet hooked up yesterday. I do see light at the end of the tunnel now and things are looking up. the apartment I am in now is in bad shape and the landlord is a known slumlord but at least it is a roof over my fur babies heads. we will be moving again in 3 weeks or so to a nice big house and totally affordable and a great landlord! I have hope and I am staying as positive as I can, given the situation.
