I am shipping media mail ($2.47) and I use delivery conformation ($.75) which costs me a total of $3.22. I also buy the shipping envelopes in 2-packs for $1.50 which makes .$75 per envelope. That totals $3.97.
On top of that PayPal takes their fee.
That is how the $4 flatrate came into being. I am not trying to rip anybody off. I am just trying to get the money I spend on shipping and material.
