This auction is for 2 informational guides for the Atkins Diet. The first book is The Atkins Quick-Start Guide(pictures 2-3). This 30 page pamphlet gives step-by-step instructions, recipes, and eating charts for taking control of your diet. The eating charts present a calender of planned meals, which takes the stress off of figuring out what to have and when to have it.

The second book is the Atkins Carb Counter and Acceptable Foods List(pictures 4-5). 76 pages of...you guessed it...how to count your carbs while Atkinsing, and what foods you can eat!

The pamphlets are in NEW condition, and have actually never been used or opened until I took the pictures and listed! The Q.S.G. even includes 2 money saving coupons on the back for specific Atkins products. (The coupon doesn't expire until Jan/2013).
