The tag on the side of the pwr sply says DC Output 188W, how did you figure a Output of 500W ?

I think your stats listed are for the one you put IN your machine not this one shown that you took Out of the machine.

Thank you for all you input, i google the power suply by it brand and model and thats the specs that show me on their website. If you find different specs please feel free to post them.

well I just checked into it a little more and for that model number there was a :200W, 250W, 300W, 400W. But in this particular case I would go with what is on the tag on the pwr supply, 188W. And there are no SATA connections on the one in the picture.
And I won't say anymore, sorry I butted in.
