This is an absolutely fabulous harness! I bought them for my 2 dogs and since I love it so, I bought an extra for when one breaks. Well it has been a while and the old ones are still perfect! Instead of collecting dust, you might as well use it! This fits a smaller size dog with chest size up to 19". It is very comfy, doesn't choke neck and is non restrictive. Ask my guys!

def watching this! got one as a hand me down from a puppy friend that had theirs and used it for many years because he broke 3 harnesses in one week... okay so maybe I helped a little by breaking the buckle clip on 2 of them lol... its slightly stretched out but still works perfectly.. fanned as well... yay!

Mine are 12 pounds too and it is perfect on them. What breed? They are listed on the box. Take a tape measure and see the biggest part of his chest and let me know the measurement and I will check. Thanks! Michelle

Fanned, watching, and bidding! This is a cute harness. I have the same one for my Miniature Schnauzer. Very durable and comfy as well. :)

I have been using this on my 2 Italian Greyhounds ever since it has been on the market and it has been the only harness that they both did not get out of. My show dog loves it. There is velcro and a clip for added security. You probably did not attach it correctly or had the wrong size on. I am happy that your show dog was alright.

My Italian Greyhounds are born to run and they never escaped from this harness. i would not give too much credence to that comment. She has no points to bid so why she is knocking this fabulous product is beyond my comprehension. I guess some just talk for the sake of it!
