Knitting is a passion of mine, and several years ago I started designing little purses and pouches. My Tarot Card Purses ("Tarot Cozies") have been a great hit when I've worked metaphysical fairs. They aren't restricted just to Tarot, though; they are also a great size for cellphones, digital cameras, pocket tissues, and any number of things that need protecting in the bottom of a handbag.

This listing is for ONE hand-knitted purse, as illustrated. The colors are muted shades of fawn, navy, and burgundy. The yarn is made by Red Heart and is 100% acrylic. The yarn, although new, is also recycled; this is a remnant of a skein that someone no longer needed and was going to discard. I snagged it and upcrafted the purse from it. Not everything that is recycled has to be pre-used (although I do enjoy frogging old items and making something new out of them!). The closure is a vintage gold-tone metal button from my friend's button jar. I thought it complimented the purse nicely.

I have put a standard deck of Rider-Waite Tarot cards into the purse so you can see the size, and I have also placed a ruler in the photo. This is also about the size of my digital camera, too. The auction is for the PURSE ONLY.
