The listing, Spinning Reel Handle has ended.

Found along a creek.
Threaded inside stem.
Handle flexes/folds.
This reel handle has no reel of its own and is looking for its home and owner.
Will you be the one?

In pretty good shape.
Not sure how long it has gone missing.
Includes two washers on stem.
What you see is what there is.
OOh yeah, no other side threaded part or reel included.

P.S. If you know where some of those "other side threaded parts" are, please let me know.
I got the handles to mine.

If you look at the square metal part, the inside is threaded. A round, usually plastic cap with a small threaded shaft screws into the end of the shaft, maybe it will work for you.
