In Marvel Graphic Novel #9 The Futurians– two warring groups from the future began interfering with the past. One group, The Inheritors, traveled to their past (our present) and tried to conquer the world by dropping meteors on various cities. New York, Moscow, Beijing, Rio de Janeiro, amongst others, were totally destroyed.
The second group, The Futurians, seeded the distant past with chromosome packages-genetic time bombs– with which to create humans with superior abilities. These super-humans would serve as surrogate soldiers to battle The Inheritors.
The first group of eight super-beings, working through a huge, high-tech corporation called Future Dynamics, battled and defeated The Inheritors. The new heroes, who called themselves The Futurians, were an unconscious imitation of their progenitors who decided to stay together and fight other menaces that only powers like theirs could handle.

This comic is in excellent condition and will be shipped in protective plastic covering shown above.
