If not for the scuff marks on the obverse of this coin, it could easily be claimed as an Almost Uncirculated coin. When it comes to something like this when trying to decide on a condition, the coin is still considered "Almost Uncirculated" but you need to decide how bad the marks distract from the condition of the coin itself.

I made sure to allow you to see all of this coin and its scuff marks so that you can decide for yourself on its condition.
