Any recycling center that takes pop cans! I keep mine in a Gallon Milk container...Its by weight so if u fill it up to the top & cash them in u could easily get some extra cash in your pocket! When I see these I see $$$$ Dont get rid of them next time...do some research first :)

You can easily color your own with SHARPIE brand colored permanent markers which come in blue, green, red, orange and pink. They're available in supermarkets, drug stores, lots of stores. They are irridescent when you color them on the aluminum tabs, very cool!

Tabs are worth a lot more as repurposed into jewelry. A gallon jug of tabs is only worth about $2.00, sometimes less if the price of aluminum is down. They are very light so recycled for the smelter is not the most profitable way to go. I'm President of my local Recycle Club so I know exactly what tabs are worth.
I think Tiffany has gotten some great credits for these!
