what scale is it there is no Micro scale ???????????

Micro machines are not model trains, first. There is not a scale for these things.

Micro machines were super small version of Hot Wheels made in the late 1980s to the Mid 90s. Around 1990, Galoob made toy trains minus track similar to their cars. They made, by my knowledge, 4 sets, this one, a TGV, an American freight and a Japanese bullet train.

This set couple's together like model trains but to be played like Hot Wheels on a table.

This set is a toy.
