LG800 Touch Screen Net 10 Phone with case and charger. Has slot for sim card as well as memory card. Good clear signal - takes good pictures. Upscaled so I don't need it any longer. Great pre-pay system - case has magnet close - fits like a glove ! Few minor mars on the screen - does not affect any part of the phone or service. Hardly noticable - just wanted to make you aware.

1. does the sim come with it?
2. can it work with verizon?

No it needs a sim card and it comes free from Net 10 - they do not charge for sim cards for their phones. I don't think it will work with any other service but Net 10 - Sorry. However, Net 10 has been great I still have them just upgraded my phone. They are reasonable and have great tower strength
