Here is a spell from my Book Of Shadows that I was hesitant to list at first, because it does have potential to be used negatively, but I have met so many positive people in the practice on Listia that I am in general very trusting of this crowd. This spell is to curse an object; as long as your target has the object you've cursed in his/her possession, he/she will have BAD LUCK.

I crafted this spell a couple of years ago when I worked in the Dirty Stinky Warehouse. We had a lunchroom thief, so I cursed a can of Dinty Moore stew, which I knew would be irresistable to the thief. The day he took the bait, the person I suspected cut his thumb on broken glass, had a flat tire at the end of the work day, and called in sick the next morning with a stomach bug.

The nice thing about cursing food is that it is temporary, and the spell is broken once the person evacuates it from his body. I do NOT recommend cursing anything that someone will have long-term. There is always KARMA to pay in whatever you do. I hesitated to list this spell as Wicca because some Wiccans may object; as an eclectic Pagan I say it is fine to do on bait for a thief! I will say this curse is nice for teaching a thief a lesson.
