I found this in my great grandmothers sewing machine along with a few more items I will be listing separately, these are auctioned as is (they are old and will most likely have a few flaws) Happy bidding
It is missing 1 stone, this is kinda like a clip on except you screw it tight to you ear instead of clipping

just FYI...those old screw on earrings are usually real gold and not marked gold....so the stones are probably real rubies and diamonds....
