This is a nice paper punch, it is very sharp and still has the catcher cover on it. Great to make confetti or to make star shaped holes in all of your paper crafts.

*If you dont send me your address and pay the shipping fee at the end of 7 days, I keep your points and relist the item.(see listia rules at the link on the bottom of this page). PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR FREE SHIPPING. If you cant pay the shipping dont bid.
*I do not follow the mail truck all the way to your house, i do my best to make sure things get to you in good shape and at a decent rate of speed but once it is out of my hands it is out of my control. If you want a tracking number remember it does cost extra.
