The listing, AMAZON.COM GIFT CARD TIERED GAME -READ AND JOIN THE FUN has ended.

This is an auction for a $5 Amazon Gift Card with a TWIST. Here it is: I will be adding a nickel for every bid that this auctions receives. Now, This is a 10 day auction so there will be plenty of time for all you to bid on this. Here is an example; At auction's end there are 50 bids on this auction then the winner will receive the $5.00 for the auction and an additional $2.50 for the nickel per bid to bring the total winning to $7.50. If there are 100 bids that's $10.00 total for the winner ($5 for the auction plus $5 bonus for the nickel per bid). Fun Game HUH?? So get your bids on and work on getting the # of bid up as high as you can. Code will be emailed to the lucky winner within 12 hours of auction's end......possibly and likely sooner. Feel free to comment if you have NICE things to say. I'm not a comment hater so have at it. Good Luck and Happy Bidding.

Now, I am going to have to put a limit on this since I realize that this could go really high. I will not be able to give any bonus nickels for bids beyond 300. So, that means the total bonus you could receive nickels for bids would be $15 which would bring the winner a total of $20 ($5 for the auction + $15 nickels for bids bonus)

If you look at the bidding it's making you bid in 30 credit increments once you reach a max amount of credits now so no bidder is allowed to just bid 1 credit any longer.....that's why it's making it look like everyone is bidding in high increments when they are most the time actually just bidding the minimum like I was. Going to stop though because it's definitely too high now. Thanks for the heads up Munkygurl

Current value of the card at 153 bids is $12.65. That's $5 base plus 5 cents per BID on the auction.

PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS AND DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BID!! You are getting more money (5 cents per bid) based on the # of BIDS (143) meaning each time someone bids, not on the # of credits that the auction is currently at (3211) You guys need to bid SMALL amounts at a time to get the card up to $20

I'd say much better since a few people didn't play by the rules very well and jacked up the credits without building up the # of bids. The card right now is worth $12.15.

Remember everyone, to get the most money on the card ($20) you need to bid in small increments because the amount is determined by the # of bids this auction gets, not on the # of total credits it goes for. Play carefully so that hopefully we'll reach the 300 bids cap and the card will be worth $20!!!!

I did this auction this way because it takes teamwork and checking in and strategy. Not just any big cheese with a bunch of credits can come in and bid to win it right from the start........hopefully. It's just a game and a tiny experiment to keep things different and fun. people are starting to mess it up by bidding bigger keep this at low low bids so that their will be alot of total bids stop making the credits jump just bid a few credits you guys bidding higher are going to make it harder to hit 300 bids.

Play nice guys :) Just a game and I want it to remain fun. TrueRoach has the right idea. The best way to get the card to be more valuable is to just increase your bids a little at a time.....that way you can build up the actual # of bids and increase the amount on the card at auction's end.

No, not credits, actual bids. I am giving a bonus nickel on the amazon card for each bid placed on this item. For example, the # of bids listed right below the HIGH BIDDER pic right now is 53. So you get $5 when you win the auction and then another 5 cents for each bid placed (right now 53) which adds another $2.65 to the balance, so if the auction ended right now, we'd have a card worth $7.65. Got it?? It's just fun. Be sure to join in!!
