Viola, it does not say on the case because these games came out before windows 7, but that is Supposedly Window 7's claim to fame, to be able to use all of your previous software on it, I myself checked the Microsoft website and that is what it says, so it's up to you if you want to try it or not. Just go to Microsoft.com, there is a whole site dedicated to windows 7 you can read up on.
