These are really gorgeous, even though they are acrylic. I just LOVE glass and anything that LOOKS like glass, so I was very attracted to them!

String them on a necklace or bracelet for a really fun piece of accent jewelry! Spring is coming and these colors are wonderful!

One other thing, I do the offers each day and am supposed to get 0.05INK.. so far none of it is showing up in my INK balance..I imagine there will be kinks in the system, at least at first.

What offers ... the surveys?
I don't do those so I am not familiar with how fast they are paid.
Check your entire wallet. Those might show up as "store credit."
INK that is earned goes into your INK balance, but when you get credits in other ways ~for example 20,000 credits for listing five listings today~ that will be given to you as a store credit.

What that means is you can't remove store credit INK from Listia (i.e. send it to an outside ether wallet). But you can spend it on LIstia without any restrictions.

So on LIstia you now have INK balance, Store Credit (Ink given by Listia and possibly by surveys, I'm not sure how those work) and credits if you have any of those remaining.

You should have THREE balances ...

Many folks are very nervous about the new Cryptocurrency. I do not know why they felt this change was needed. I have had many folks tell me they are done with Listia..I am open minded and will see how it goes. Good luck on your auction! May I copy and paste the conversion rate?

Yes ... but BETTER to get accustomed to using a calculator. It is NOT rocket science.
➜ To convert credits to INK, XXX credits divided by 3,850 = INK.
➜ To go the other way ... XXX INK times 3,850 = credits.

TRUST ME I also am struggling with converting my listings to INK ... I am taking my time and going slow. INK is worth 14 cents on LIstia ... so pricing your listings realistically is important also. XX INK times .14 (POINT 14) gives you dollars. in PUBLIC Ink (XNK) is trading at 9-10 cents. BUT that is not a realistic value because the ONLY exchange available is charging highway robbery for ETH ... so just use the 14 cent value for INK ... I think that will work very well on Listia!

Get accustomed to using a calculator. You don't have to be techy to do simple math:

➜ To convert credits to INK, XXX credits divided by 3,850 = INK.
➜ To go the other way ... XXX INK times 3,850 = credits.

3,850 credits - 1 ink.

TRUST ME I also am struggling with converting my listings to INK ... I am taking my time and going slow. I have two listings starting tonight that are tiered so I've listed the tiers in both credits and INK.

I can't figure it out and I'm getting a LOT of people asking me. I converted credits to ink using the web page ... drop down from your ID in the top right-hand corner, where it shows your credit balance. That was easy to figure out but I can't find it on the app.

If you are only using the app it appears you can't convert your credits to INK. If you have a computer log into the LIstia web site and then use the drop-down menu from your account photo/icon in the upper left corner.

On your phone you will have to open a web page, log into your account, and do the same thing ...

I gotta take Grandma to Sam's club so I'll be off line for a while. I've posted this question on my auction listings ending in the next two days so check there to see if anyone else responds.

➜ Sent some INK to MEW.
FEE is 1.1 XNK regardless of how much you send. So I suggest you send a tiny amount first (maybe like 10 INK), be sure your wallet gets it (might take a few hours today, things are NUTS on the blockchain). After that, send as much as you can at one time. You pay 1.1 INK if you send 10 INK or 10,000.

➜ ➜ ➜The first step is to add the XNK token to your MEW. THEN you can send INK/XNK to MEW.

The token address is available on the New Currency links ... I don't want to post it here because Listia might change it (like they do with web sites posted in comments). You gotta get the contract address for yourself.

➜ I also got set up on IDEX to exchange INK for ETH but I'm waiting. I was actually tempted to buy XNK on IDEX but I gotta slow my roll ...lots of presale buyers are dumping INK right now so the price is only at about 10 cents. I think it will go up. I'm waiting.
➜ I can cash out at any time by sending XNK (from MEW) to IDEX and trading it for ETH. Then send the ETH to my coinbase wallet. IDEX fees are MUCH higher however. Again, the more you send at one time the lower the fee you pay as a percentage.

I'm using ➜ bituniverse app on my phone and that's an easy way to see the $$$ value of INK ... on idex (computer only) it shows the ETH value of INK ... haven't figured out yet if I can change that to dollars ... a bit confusing but MUCH easier than I imagined!

If you are watching the value of XNK on an exchange be AWARE of whether that is in ETH or dollars. I think it will MOST COMMONLY be in ETH. That's why I like the bituniverse app, just for watching the value of XNK in dollars.

You can convert your credits unless you BOUGHT those credits from Listia. You CAN spend those credits on Listia until they are gone. You cannot buy any more credits. All transactions will be in INK.

➜ INK available ONLY to spend on LIstia. This will include ink rewarded or gifted by LIstia, for example for"listing five listings today. "

Yup, I have lots of auction ending after the INK conversion ... search "natahoa" and you will see them!

I DO think INK will be great for Listia ... it will create challenges for LIstia that I am ON THEIR BACKS to fix because they are old problems that have never been attended to. But I realize that right now, they have their hands full. So I plan to attack those issues when things settle down.

The question was: should I convert my credits right away?
My advice is to convert any credits you have. Then as your listings end winning bidders can pay in credits OR ink. If you get any credits that way convert them too.

It doesn’t really matter if you convert your credits right away because Listia will hold the same price for credit conversions into the future.

But ink is simply more valuable than credits. Going forward prices will change on Listia based on the value of ink. So it will be better to have ink to spend.

On/after Feb. 28, all listings will be priced in INK.
You can convert your credits to INK ... or you can keep your credits and spend them. Once your credits are spent, any added credits you earn will be paid to you in INK. And all listings will be priced in INK.

I recommend you convert your credits to INK ... this will be much easier in the long run. Keep in mind that you ~CANNOT~ convert any credits you buy from Listia. After Feb. 28 you CANNOT buy credits from Listia!

You CAN buy INK from LIstia but it will be priced at the MARKET price. Exchanging credits is most likely the LEAST expensive way to have INK to spend on Listia.
