This listing is for the card pictured, which is the Holo Rare Muk Pokemon card from the Fossil Set. I would consider this Played Condition, but use the pictures as your guide. I am also including 7 other random cards (not shown, 1 Energy, 2 Trainers, 4 Pokemon), the extra cards are used and will have various signs of wear ranging from scratches, creases, etc.
