This was put in the closet and never used then moved into storage. It is a battery operated handheld scissor. It is made my Innovage Products. Has an ON/OFF switch. Fairly light weight. I bought it originally for cutting cloth material and scrapbooking, but never got around to it so it got forgotten. There is one screw that shows rust. No other mars. The cutters remind me of a piranha. lol Battery included.
