you need the digitizer to click on it you can still listen to music if you have a dock with control

without the backlight you cant really see anything

buy the digitizer online and fix it your self or take it to your local electronics shop to get it fixed

the touch part will it will cost you around 10.00 online the light doesnt work probably because the screen is cracked or the cable got moved but still fixable

the screen and the digitizer will both need to be replaced it will cost you around 25.00 online but other than that the ipod works
