New in box and packaging from ibm a noise canceling headset microphone. # on the box c41-5516b and the barcode # is 11s9034912004a.
it came with an ibm computer so i would think it will only work with a computer. i guess if whatever you wanted to plug it into had the correct jack you could use for it for that too but i am not totally sure so don't hold me to that part.

i assume it works it's still new.
