This is a 2010 Topps "Vintage Legends Collection" Insert featuring Hall of Fame legend NOLAN RYAN.
Ryan is pictured here with the Texas Rangers.
"Vintage Legends Collection" Inserts featured legendary players on card designs on which they had not previously appeared, similar to the then-defunct Archives line.

IMPORTANT:
