It states never used before but you can tell by the photo that there 7 markers that the lids are not on tight and if they do not get closed tight they dry out

I took off the lids off to test them. they are all in working order. i will be sure to make them a tight fit.

I had so many of them that i needed to be sure the ones i was selling were the new ones. they lids are all tight now so no worries.
