The listing, SGS Graded Mint 9 BRETT FAVRE 1991 Wild Card #119 Collegiate Rookie Card has ended.

This auction is for a Supreme Grading Service, Graded at Mint 9, Brett Favre 1991 Wild Card #119 Collegiate Rookie Card.

This card is a "Wild Card Collegiate Football Premier Edition" 1st Edition Card and it covers Favre's 4 years at Southern Mississippi College. (1987 thru 1990)

Whether or not you want to call it a Rookie Card, depends on where you stand on the issue of Collegiate cards being considered Rookie Cards or not. This card was produced in 1991 and of course, any card having to do with Brett Favre is going to be a very collectible card.

it is a copyright 1991 so that would make it a rookie card but someone already knew that he was going to be a big deal and created a card with collegiate information.
I have trouble calling a card with collegiate info only a "Rookie Card" but anything these days with Brett Favre on it can only be a great addition to any collection.

I have always hated a predicament like that. easier to send yours off to be graded or just work on a second one that already is.
