The 36th overall pick of the 1990 NHL draft, Geoff made it to the NHL in less than one year and scored 89 points during his age 21 season. Geoff would go on to play 17 NHL seasons, mainly with the Hartford Whalers, Buffalo Sabres, and Columbus Blue Jackets, making All Star teams in 1994 and 1997 while with the Whalers.
