For the coke rewards, you collect "points" off of coke caps, then enter the codes on the coke rewards website. For example, 40 points will get you a coupon for a free soda, and 130 or so will get you a year-long magazine subscription. It's a pretty cool system for those who drink a lot of soda, or for people who get codes from Listia. :)

Yep, bottle caps from any sodas made by coco cola - sprite, barq's root beer, diet coke, and lots more. 12-packs have codes worth more points on the inside of the cardboard box.
