Paper weight very nice for a desk ornament. cobalt blue base with clock (in base) clock does not work but can be fixed. gold like plating on trim of globe a beautiful piece.

I'm not sure if its the batteries in it or the actual clock. it is built into the base of the globe and will have to be pulled off of the base to be fixed.
