Here is a retro-looking sealed box with a Slinky, Jr. and mini-book inside. The book was written by Lou Harry and is all about this famous classic toy. Published in early 2000's, I found this on-line:

This is not a large Slinky. The box says it includes Slinky Jr. and its mini Slinky booklet. Last pic above is a stock photo from the web.
