China sizing i honestly don't remember what size a 95 is. My son was 1 at the time he wore it and it was big on him. He was in 12 months. So I'm going to guess somewhere between 18months-2t.
Does have some red dye on the white stripe from the stripes on the leg where they are striped. (Pic) it's hard to tell it those unless your looking for it.

My son is a year and 3months. Skinny little guy, would i have to roll it up on him? . im more worried that the pants will fall off. I know china clothing runs pretty small but you say your child was a year old wearing it also. So you may be able to give me a good insight on how the pants would fit.. THANKS fanned and watching
