Being a health nut, the recipes and information in this book were right up my alley. I gave a copy to my mother and then had to hunt down another one for myself...I like it that much. The recipes for everything from growing hair to a glowing complexion actually do work; some more than others, but it's all natural, and it does not rely on exotic, expensive ingredients, but stuff you find in the grocer. Try it for yourself, what is there to loose but a little time?
