Out of a 1-5 scale with 5 being best condition, I will rate it a 3.5 only because the game disc has a fair amount of scratches. It plays fine and is a complete game.

I always ship USPS 1st Class with a DC# by Paypal Shipping. I do carefully package your item(s) using one of my many recycled bubble or manilla envies.
