I didn't think the movie lived up to the book at all! They are gonna have a hard time making Catching Fire, lol.

I know. I've been getting mixed reviews. I know for me it is hard to see a movie after I've read the book because I always put my own faces to the characters and I'm usually disappointed with the casting. Books are just more exciting to me I guess. lol

The capitol looked great from the train but when you got inside is when they came up short. The arena as well especially the cornucopia, lol. It was just a bunch of sheet metal thrown together. That was just sad. It reminded me of the old planet of the apes movies, lol. Thats how bad it was, especially with what they could do now! If I were you, if your planning on going to see it, just wait till it comes out on dvd.

The faces matched with me perfectly and even the story, somewhat but the thing they couldn't match was my imagination, lol. They could have done a lot better with the effects! It seemed like the movie was very low budget!

The pins are everywhere now. i got this set before the movie even came out from scholastic and kept it as a collector;s set.
Try Ebay, they have lots of the pins. They're pretty pricey though. Keep the pin and auction off the book. lol
