Description
The listing, $2 Bill "First Day Of Issue" Bicentennial has ended.
These two $2 bills are Postmark date stamped April 13, 1976 by the post office over a 13 cent stamp... The serial numbers are sequential and Both bills are very crisp... (one is completely flat, one has a slight bend in the corner)... Not only do you get a stamp over 30 years old... But you get a beautiful set of bills that are rarely found in sequence
Questions & Comments
the post marks and stamps devilud the money so now their not worth as much
They are worth exactly what there owner values them at... I'm not auctioning them because they are worth a fortune... If they were they wouldn't be here...
Lol... You don't see to many like this... Federal postmarked the day they came out of the bundle plus the postage stamp from back then... You forgot those... Worth at least 4.26
I've only started collecting these in the last year or two. Surprisingly, you can find them @ a bank if you look hard enough.
My goal is to get one from each of the 51 states (including DC).
What you need to do is when you go to your bank, ask for a strap of $2's - that's $200 worth. You'd be surprised what you find because $2's don't circulate!
When you find 'em, send me a message cause I want to buy 'em!
