The listing, Bulgaria: 1926, Tsar Boris III, Scott # BG-199 - BUL-4500 has ended.
Bulgaria: Boris III, Tsar of Bulgaria (30 January1894 – 28 August 1943), originally Boris Klemens Robert Maria Pius Ludwig Stanislaus Xaver, son of Ferdinand I, came to the throne in 1918 upon the abdication of his father, following the defeat of the Kingdom of Bulgaria during World War I. This was the country's second major defeat in only five years, after the disastrous Second Balkan War (1913). Under the Treaty of Neuilly, Bulgaria was forced to cede new territories and pay crippling reparations to its neighbours. Boris succeeded to the throne. He distinguished himself during the Second World War by opposing attempts by Adolf Hitler to deport the Jewish population of his country. (Wikipedia)

Please ask your questions prior to bidding. Once you win an auction, the stamps are yours. No buyer's remorse accepted here. If you ever receive a stamp you are not happy with, please message me first so we can attempt to settle the issue without getting Listia involved. Most of the time, you will get a replacement without question as I strive to make my buyers happy. I get really upset when there is a dispute filed and I don't know why or haven't been given a chance to resolve the issue first. So, please message me first.
Shipping is FREE within the United States. Please note, I need your verified address as soon as possible as I don't pull the winning auctions until I have it and if it goes too long, I will lose track of the auction. Please take a moment and do this for me. Thank you.
NOTE: It has come to my attention that I need to put the following foreign shipping rates and information on my listings: Shipping is $1.50 per stamp UNLESS you purchase at least 5 auctions/listings. At that time, shipping will be FREE. Any over 5 will so be shipped in the same package for FREE.
