what is a juniors 19? the only thing i can think of is between the womens 18-20? trying to figure out how big it is :)

Yeah, exactly what you said; it would be the same as a woman's 18-20. I wear a 22, and it is a size too small for me, so I'd say you're right on the dot. Plus, I checked the conversion chart, and it looks like it's right on target, with it being the same as an 18/20. The straps are adjustable, if that helps. :)

do you recommend it for larger breasted woman with smaller waists? im afraid to get it and it show my stomach lol

Well, let's put it this way; I am both large breasted, and large stomached, at this point in my life, unfortunately (lol), and it covered me well. It just was the wrong size for me. It is quite long, compared to normal tank tops, so I really don't think you'd have a problem with it showing your stomach. :)
