This is in perfect condition, working camera. This can still be used for taking pictures and videos but it requires a Compact Disc. I would say this is more of a collectible item for people who likes to collect cameras. This comes with a power charger and chord to connect the camera to the tv. Now there is a USB connection that goes with this to be able to view your pictures/ videos on the computer without taking out the disc but it is rusted. I will post pictures of it. You decide whether you'd like to have it or not.

so do you have to have the cd thing to take pictures and upload them to computer? and what exactly is the cd and cost if you know?

Yap you need to have the cd because that is where the videos and pictured stored.i dont have the cd you can buy it on ebay im not cd-r (8 cm), cd-rw (8 cm) . i search this on ebay 5 pk. 3in 8cm mini cd-rw for sony mavica camera cd-r the price is 14.99.

sony cd-rw has 156 mb of free space memorex cd-rw has 210 mb memorex has 25% more free space.

I just read your post, ok. I have the Mavica CD300. I love that camera and sorry they have made it obslete so quickly! Takes better pics than most newer cameras!
