To explain myself -- I have a Problem With some people using Pay Pal

They do not follow my instruction for using Pay Pal and it costs me

So when I say full amount I mean that selecting Personal Tab required

I also suggest Payment Owed which means I get full amount of $3.00

If Bozo does not follow instructions ( Pay Pal charges 40 cents)

When I go to post office I pay for Bozo not following instructions

I sometimes think the answer is to charge everyone ( $3.50 )
